Richard Smoot (ISAR, CAP; NCGR 4) has been a professional astrologer since 1971. He provides client consultations and is a recognized national and international speaker. A former social worker for the State of Michigan, Richard’s emphasis is to use astrology to empower his clients in making their own decisions in determining their life.
Consultations focus on your questions and look carefully at the cycles occurring in your life. Richard is the Operations Manager for the International Society for Astrological Research; the publisher of the ISAR International Astrologer; co-chair of ISAR’s Consulting Skills Program; and is involved in several other organizations.
